HEALTH ADVISORY

ATTENTION ALL GUESTS

Hurakabra has been conditionally approved by the Guyana Tourism Authority and, therefore, the National Task Force, for accepting guests under strict COVID-19 protocols. Guests must provide authentic vaccination certificate on registration and agree to observe  the COVID-19 regulations as directed by staff for your protection and safety while enjoying your visit with us. We ask for your full cooperation.

REMEMBER THE BASICS

 

  1. Practice social distancing.

  2. Wearing your mask is optional in open spaces.

  3. Wash your hands frequently

  4. Use sanitizer on your hands. Bottles are placed at all strategic points of the Resort. Practice general hygiene.

 

WHEN DINING

 

Tables are situated 6 feet apart. Guests are seated 3 feet apart at each table. Guests may be seated on different size tables or long benches but always at a minimum of 3 ft apart.  Tables and chairs are sanitized before seating. Guests are sanitized before being seated for meals.

 

JUNGLE WALKS

 

Practice social distancing and wear your mask.

 

WATER SPORTS AND SWIMMING

 
Practice social distancing when swimming.

Practice social distancing using beach facilities and beach bar – playing pool, table tennis and darts.

 

COVID-19 SYMPTOMS

 

Any guest reporting or displaying recognized symptoms (fever, coughing, difficulty breathing) associated with COVID-19 will be immediately isolated in their room and urgently transported to Bartica Public Hospital for COVID-19 PCR test.
